  • 1⁄2 oz. Hot Sauce
  • 5 Dashes Maggi® Jugo
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Puree*
  • Splash of Orange Juice or Water
  • Salt/Sugar/Chili Powder/Hibiscus Powder
  • Ice

RecipePreparation

Michelada de Piña

Dip the rim of a 12 oz. glass into a mix of salt, sugar, chili and hibiscus powder.

Add ice and combine lime juice, pineapple puree, hot sauce, and Maggi Jugo and top with Modelo Especial.

Garnish with Salt, Sugar, Chili, Hibiscus Powder Rim & Pineapple Rind

Splash of Water or Fresh Orange JuiceDice a pineapple and save the rind for garnish. Add diced pineapple to a food processor with a splash of water or orange juice. Blend until smooth.
