  • 1 oz. Herbal Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Agave Mezcal Joven
  • Muddled Flash Charred Serrano Pepper*
  • Ice
  • Orange Zest
  • Salt

Infierno en la Tierra

  1. Flash char a serrano pepper and muddle the pepper.
  2. Combine herbal liqueur, lime juice, mezcal and pepper in shaker.
  3. Mix orange zest and salt to rim a pint glass.
  4. Add ice to the pint glass and pour in the mixture.
  5. Top with Modelo Especial. Serve the remaining Modelo Especial with the cocktail.
  6. GARNISH:
    Triple Sec Baked Lime*, Orange Zest & Salt

    *Bartender Notes:
    Triple Sec Baked Lime
    Kosher Salt
    Triple Sec
    Lime Zest
    Cayenne PepperSpread kosher salt onto a flat tray, douse in Triple Sec and disperse the zest of a lime and an orange on top. Sprinkle cayenne pepper. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the salt and zest turn brown and the Triple Sec has become crisp and dry. Remove from the oven and crush into a coarse powder.
