Modelo NegraChocolate and Caramel Floats

An old time favorite, this light dessert goes nicely with the smooth, caramel flavor of modelo negra. There’s always room for a float!.

Ingredients List

  • 6 small scoops premium caramel ice cream, such as salted caramel ice cream. (Alternatively, use premium chocolate ice cream and caramel sauce.)
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate sauce, warmed
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) Modelo Negra® beer, chilled

RecipePreparation

  1. Put 3 small scoops ice cream into each of 2 stemmed glasses.
  2. Drizzle each with half of the warmed chocolate sauce.
  3. Add ½ bottle of Modelo Negra to each glass.
  4. Drizzle more chocolate sauce on foam.
  5. Sprinkle foam with chocolate shavings
  6. Serve immediately.
