Ingredients List

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • Equal parts soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 wooden skewers
  • Pepper to taste
  • 6 tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green chile peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • Bacon

RecipePreparation

  1. Cut chicken breasts in 1-inch thick cubes.
  2. Do the same with the onion, tomatoes, green chile peppers, red peppers and bacon.
  3. Start assembling your kabobs with a piece of pepper, onion, bacon, chicken, tomato and so forth until you fill the skewer.
  4. Brush skewers lightly with equal parts soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce to add color, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook skewers on BBQ grill or large skillet until all sides are golden.
