  • 12 oz. Modelo Especial®
  • 1 oz. peach vodka
  • 1 oz. lemon vodka
  • ½ oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 jalapeño slices
  • 2 lemon wedges

Rockaway Peach

  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker, excluding Modelo Especial, jalapeño slices and lemon wedges.
  2. Shake and pour into a pint glass.
  3. Top with Modelo Especial.
  4. Serve the remaining Modelo Especial with the cocktail.
  5. Garnish: Jalapeño slices and lemon wedges
