Ingredients List

  • 12 oz. Modelo Especial®
  • 2 oz. mezcal
  • 1 ½ oz. orange juice
  • ¾ oz. St-Germain® Liqueur
  • ½ oz. agave nectar
  • 1 dried chipotle pepper
  • 1 T. crushed coriander
  • 1 T. sal de gusano
  • 1 T. Tajin® Clasico Seasoning

The Refrescante Especial

  1. Rim a pint glass with crushed chipotle pepper, coriander, sal de gusano and Tajin Clasico Seasoning.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a shaker, excluding Modelo Especial.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Pour contents from shaker into the glass.
  5. Top off with Modelo Especial and stir.
  6. Serve the remaining Modelo Especial with the cocktail.
