Baja Michelada

As the Baja is off the Pacific Coast, our Baja Michelada rightfully includes clam juice and smoked oysters. Full-bodied Modelo Negra or crisp Modelo Especial, finished by hot sauce, make this a savorier michelada.

Baja Michelada

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Modelo Negra® or Modelo Especial®
  • 2 1/2 oz. tomato-clam juice
  • 4 dashes Mexican hot sauce
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • Cocktail onions, for garnish
  • Smoked oysters, for garnish
  • Kosher salt for rim

Directions

Step 1: Fill a salted glass halfway with ice.

Step 2: Add tomato-clam juice, lime juice and hot sauce.

Step 3: Top with beer.

Step 4: Add garnishes to your liking.
