El infierno is a drink true to its name. The habanero peppers, tajin®, and habanero bitters are sure to make one hell of a cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 oz. Modelo Negraª
  • 3/4 oz. mezcal
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. agave syrup (1:1 ratio agave nectar to water)
  • 3 bar spoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes habanero bitters
  • 4 slices habanero peppers
  • Tajin Clasico Seasoning
  • Red chili slices
  • Lime wheel

Directions

Step 1: Rim a Collins glass with Tajin Clasico Seasoning.

Step 2: Add all ingredients to a shaker, excluding Modelo Negra, Tajin Clasico Seasoning rim, red chili slices and lime wheel.

Step 3: Shake and strain into the Collins glass.

Step 4: Top with Modelo Negra.

Step 5: Garnish: Tajin Clasico Seasoning rim, red chili slices and lime wheel
