Fumar el Burro

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Modelo Especial
  • 11⁄2 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Pear Puree*
  • 3⁄4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 Dashes Pimento Bitters
  • 1 Dash Tabasco®
  • Pickled Habaneros*
  • Lime
  • Ice

Directions

Step 1: Combine mezcal, lime juice, Tabasco, and bitters together in pint glass; add ice and stir.

Step 2: Add the pear puree and Modelo Especial.

Step 3: Shake vigorously, until all ingredients are combined and the beverage is frothy.

Step 4: Grab a cold mason jar filled with ice.

Step 5: Pour the beverage and add a pinch of habaneros peppers.
