Modelo Negra Chocolate and Caramel Floats

An old time favorite, this light dessert goes nicely with the smooth, caramel flavor of modelo negra. There’s always room for a float!.
Modelo Negra Chocolate and Caramel Floats

Ingredients

  • 6 small scoops premium caramel ice cream, such as salted caramel ice cream. (Alternatively, use premium chocolate ice cream and caramel sauce.)
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate sauce, warmed
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) Modelo Negra® beer, chilled

Directions

Step 1: Put 3 small scoops ice cream into each of 2 stemmed glasses.

Step 2: Drizzle each with half of the warmed chocolate sauce.

Step 3: Add ½ bottle of Modelo Negra to each glass.

Step 4: Drizzle more chocolate sauce on foam.

Step 5: Sprinkle foam with chocolate shavings

Step 6: Serve immediately.
