Viento Negra

Malört®, the chicago liqueur that no one likes but everyone loves, has finally found its saving grace. The addition of jalapeño, citrus, liquor and modelo negra give this drink an intriguing taste and a surprisingly smooth finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Modelo Negra®
  • 2 jalapeño rings
  • ½ oz. agave nectar
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. Jeppson's® Malört Liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz. mezcal

Directions

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, excluding Modelo Negra.

Step 2: Shake with ice and double strain into a rocks glass.

Step 3: Add ice and Modelo Negra as a float on top. GARNISH: Lime Wedge
