Ingredients

• 12 oz. Modelo Especial®
• 1 1/2 oz. Casa Noble® Crystal Tequila
• 1/4 oz. peated Scotch whisky
• 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
• 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. simple syrup
• 3 drops grapefruit bitters
• Grapefruit twist

Directions

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, excluding Modelo Especial and grapefruit twist.

Step 2: Add ice.

Step 3: Lightly shake and add 1 1/2 ounces Modelo Especial.

Step 4: Pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass.

Step 5: Mist with grapefruit oil and serve with remaining beer
